At Simetra, every piece is crafted with intention, artistry, and care. Should your experience require an exchange or return, we are committed to guiding you through the process with the same attention to detail that defines our creations.


Purchases Made on the Simetra Official Website

Product-Specific Considerations

  • Limited-edition brushes may be returned, but are not eligible for exchange

  • Engraved brushes are bespoke creations and are therefore final sale, not eligible for return or exchange


United States & International Orders

For Simetra orders placed on our website, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery via our dedicated returns platform.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client

  • We recommend using UPS or DHL with tracking for secure delivery

  • For returns originating from the United States, please select the integrated customs clearance option

  • Any applicable customs duties or fees remain the client’s responsibility

Returned items must:

  • Have been purchased directly from the Simetra website

  • Be unused and returned in their original packaging

Please allow 2–3 weeks for return processing. Each Simetra brush is individually inspected by hand, ensuring every return is handled with care and discretion.

Once your return is received, please allow 2–3 weeks for inspection and processing.
You will be notified by email upon approval.

Refund timing varies by financial institution, though most refunds are completed within 10 business days following approval.
