Three-Year Limited Warranty
At Simetra, we believe enduring beauty begins with enduring quality. Each Simetra piece is thoughtfully designed and meticulously crafted to stand the test of time. To honor this commitment, we are pleased to offer a Three-Year Limited Warranty on all eligible Simetra products.
Warranty Coverage
Simetra warrants that your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase.
This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased:

Directly from the official Simetra website or Simetra Amazon
During the warranty period, Simetra will, at its discretion:

Repair the product,

Replace the product with the same or a comparable model, or

Provide an appropriate alternative solution if repair or replacement is not feasible
What Is Covered
This warranty covers:

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use

Damage resulting from exposure to excessive heat, moisture, or chemicals

Use of the product in ways not intended or recommended by Simetra

Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations

Cosmetic changes that do not affect product performance

Loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit not arranged by Simetra
Engraved or personalized items are covered for manufacturing defects only; aesthetic variations inherent to bespoke craftsmanship are not considered defects.
Natural Materials Disclaimer
Many Simetra products incorporate natural materials such as wood or bristles. Variations in grain, color, texture, or scent are natural characteristics of these materials and are part of each piece’s unique identity. Such variations are not considered defects and are therefore not covered under warranty.

Shipping & Handling
If a warranty claim is approved:

In approved cases, replacement shipping may be covered by Simetra, depending on location and circumstances
All repaired or replacement items will be shipped via standard delivery unless otherwise specified.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser. It does not extend or renew with replacement or repair; the original warranty period remains in effect.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simetra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
